  • Thoroughly research the neighborhood, and comparable sales, in order to determine an approximate value range that an appraisal will likely yield, and suggest a good starting point (while recommending an upper limit) for an offer.

  •  Negotiate on your behalf, with only your best interests in mind. In our current market, there are creative ways to make your offer stand out amongst the others that don’t include just paying more or waiving important inspections.

  • Our large local network. We’ll refer you to other licensed, trusted professionals, including a title company, a reputable and experienced home inspector, an experienced local lender, and anyone else you may need. And we’re here to help for as long as you own your home!
