Here it is - your monthly homeowner checklist.

Fertilize Or Seed Your Lawn
Check And Clean Out Exterior Vents
Clean And Organize Closets & Donate Unwanted Items
Seal Tile Grout And Any Granite / Quartz Countertops
Inspect Exterior For Problems Or Chipping Paint
Clean Out Trash Cans And Recycling Bins
Wash Window Inside & Out
Clean Outdoor Living Spaces, Such As Decks And Patios. To Get Ready For Spring

Don't forget to plant grass seed and fertilize your lawn this month, after raking up any leftover leaves — it's the ideal time to grow some lush, green grass to enjoy all summer long!
