March is the perfect time to deep clean everything — including your baseboards & windows (trust me, it needs to be done!). It is also a good time to have your a/c unit serviced. 

• Inspect roof for missing or damaged shingles

• Begin planting seedlings

• Clean windows or door screens

• Clean the gutters

• Clean the A/C condenser

• Power wash siding and windows

• Have your A/C units serviced before the weather warms up
