Here it is - your monthly homeowner checklist.

We finally made it to the halfway point of the year and the season a lot of us have been looking forward to the most — summer!  Now is the time to step it up outside and get ready for prime indoor-outdoor entertaining.  

Don’t worry, we'll always remind you about the little things you may seem to forget! How often do you really think about cleaning ductwork, replacing HVAC / water filters, and cleaning refrigerant lines/coils?  

Pro Tip: when was the last time you had your home inspected? It might not be a bad idea for you to get a refresher  — especially if you are planning serious life events which may cause a move in your future!  

• Reverse Ceiling Fans

• Clean Indoor and Outdoor Ceiling Fans

• Dust Blinds

• Repair Stone Patios and Walkways

• Replace HVAC Filter

• Clean Out and Organize Garage and Shed

• Vacuum Refrigerator Coils and Air Vents

• Weed and Mulch Flower Beds
