April showers ... bring May flowers! Don't forget to plant grass seed and fertilize your lawn this month, after raking up any leftover leaves.  Pro Tip: when was the last time your lawn was aerated or dethatched? Consider that before seeding this year; just don't wait too long.  

Spring is also a great time to clean out your dryer vent; a clogged dryer vent can reduce efficiency ... and more importantly, cause dryer vent fires. Protect your family and your home by completing this easy task!  

Spring has sprung and now is the time to take a leap — get a head start on these maintenance items, especially if you missed any last year ... or if you're unsure if the previous owner did them!  

• Fertilize your lawn

• Check and clean out exterior vents

• Clean and organize closets and donate unwanted items

• Seal tile grout and granite/quartz countertops

• Inspect exterior for problems or chipping paint

• Clean out trash cans and recycling bins

• Wash windows
