April showers ... bring May flowers … and weeds! Don't forget to plant grass seed and fertilize your lawn this month! A “weed, seed, and feed” all in one solution can simplify the task, and there are pet/child safe versions that are good for the environment.


Spring is also a great time to clean out your dryer vent. A clogged dryer vent can reduce efficiency, and more importantly cause dryer vent fires. Protect your family and your home by completing this easy task.


  • Fertilize your lawn

  • Check and clean out all exterior vents

  • Clean and organize closets; donate unwanted items

  • Seal tile grout and granite/quartz countertops

  • Inspect exterior trim and gutters

  • Paint exterior trim where chipping or worn

  • Power wash trash and recycling bins
